Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the terms and exceptions below.

To be eligible for a return under our standard return policy, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under our standard return policy, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and certain personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

These exclusions do not limit any statutory rights you may have with respect to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and applicable EU consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period generally begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires. You may contact us at corporate@thesearchersgroup.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you for the applicable purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by law. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not required to be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. For sales of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Unless we have agreed to cover the cost of return shipping or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, provided that you were informed of this obligation before purchasing.

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without additional fees imposed by us as a result of the reimbursement.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain purchases where an exception is provided by applicable law. These may include, among other things, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Your statutory rights under applicable EU and national consumer protection laws are not affected by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Refunds Under Our Standard 14-Day Return Policy

For returns made under our standard 14 day return policy, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
